A customer reached out with water damage in their attic space.

The issues found with this chimney were small leaks in flashing, leaking through masonry, and leaking through the masonry cap.

The stone cap and pillars were removed and outside mount cap was installed, flashseal was applied, along with a spray-on water proofing solution
